Military Museum exhibition opens in Tunis
On the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the landing of the Serbian army in Tunisia, the exhibition of the Military Museum "Bizerte 1916-1919 - REFUGE OF FREEDOM" was officially opened at the National Military Museum "Palace of Roses" in Tunisia.
The exhibition, which was organized by the Military Museum in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and the National Military Museum of Tunisia, was opened by the Acting Assistant Minister for Human Resources Siniša Radović.
Addressing the audience, Assistant Minister Radović emphasized that Tunisia and Bizerte have a special place in the collective memory of the Serbian people, and that Serbs know that in distant Tunisia they have a true friend on whom they can rely even in the most difficult moments.
The exhibition will be open to visitors until January 24, 2026.
